Acceptable Use Policy

This policy describes what you may not do with Quad Build. It supplements our Terms of Service and applies to every project, prompt, preview, and deployment made through the Service. Violations may result in content removal, usage limits, or account suspension.

You may not use the Service to create, host, or distribute:

• content that violates applicable law or regulation;
• child sexual abuse material or any content that exploits or harms minors;
• content that promotes terrorism, violent extremism, or targeted violence;
• malware, phishing kits, credential stealers, or tools designed to compromise systems without authorization;
• spam, deceptive schemes, or fraud, including fake reviews and pyramid schemes.

You may not use the Service to:

• harass, bully, stalk, or threaten individuals;
• create non-consensual sexual imagery or deepfakes of real people;
• spread disinformation designed to deceive about elections, public health, or emergencies;
• infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights of others.

You also agree not to:

• abuse sandboxes, previews, or AI usage budgets — including mining cryptocurrency, running proxies or botnets, or automated scraping of the Service;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users’ projects, or our infrastructure;
• circumvent rate limits, usage metering, or plan restrictions, including by creating duplicate accounts;
• resell or provide third-party access to the Service without a written agreement with us;
• probe or stress-test the Service outside a responsible disclosure agreement with us.

We may review content where we have a good-faith belief that this policy has been violated, and we may remove content, throttle usage, or suspend accounts — immediately and with or without notice where needed to protect users or the platform. Where lawful and practicable, we will tell you what happened and how to appeal by contacting hello@quad.chat.

If you find content built with Quad Build that violates this policy, report it to abuse@quad.chat with the project URL and a short description. We treat reports seriously and respond promptly.
